How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

For order changes or cancelations, please call our customer service team immediately. Primary Arms processes and ships orders quickly, with some orders being completed within an hour of being placed. Once an order is processed, we will not be able to adjust or cancel it. Please see the contact us page to check our current Customer Service hours. If your order is already processed, you may still be able to return or replace items according to our Returns policy.
